SnapTask, published by iGreen AS, fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679) and the Norwegian Personal Data Act (Personopplysningsloven). 1. YOUR GDPR RIGHTS Right of access: Obtain a copy of the data we hold about you. Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate data via your profile or by email. Right to erasure: Request deletion of your account and data. Right to portability: Receive your data in a structured format. Right to object: Refuse certain processing (marketing, profiling). Right to restriction: Request temporary suspension of processing. 2. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS Send your request to hello@snaptaskapp.ai specifying: - Your identity (account email) - The right you wish to exercise - The details of your request We will respond within 30 days maximum, in accordance with GDPR. 3. ACCOUNT DELETION You can request the complete deletion of your account at any time. All your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except for data retained under legal obligations (invoices for 10 years). 4. SUBPROCESSORS We work exclusively with GDPR-compliant subprocessors: - Anthropic (United States, Standard Contractual Clauses) - Stripe (Ireland, GDPR-compliant) - PDFShift (France, GDPR-compliant) - Google (Ireland, GDPR-compliant) - Vercel (United States, Standard Contractual Clauses) - Railway (United States, Standard Contractual Clauses) 5. NON-EU TRANSFERS Some subprocessors are located outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, ensuring an equivalent level of protection. 6.
